The wet weather continues late this week and into the weekend.
Forecasters are calling for what they say is possible “excessive rainfall” through Saturday.
A risk for excessive rainfall exists south of a line from Ann Arbor to Detroit Friday, according to the National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac.
Total rainfall of 1 to 2 inches will be possible through Saturday with some potential for rainfall amounts to reach or exceed 3 inches in spots.
