You will want to keep updated on the weather forecast throughout the day on Wednesday.

The National Weather Service in Detroit says there is a moderate risk for severe thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening.

The main hazard will be damaging straight line winds, but a few tornadoes will also be possible.

The risk for storms is most prevalent between 3 and 9 p.m.
