Tuesday evening’s chance for severe weather has been increased from a slight chance to enhanced.

According to forecasters, there is 20-30% chance of at least one tornado forming anywhere within 50 miles in the orange highlighted areas in the image above.

The forecasted storms can become severe, capable of producing hail up to 1 inch in diameter and wind gusts to 60 mph.

The primary window for severe weather is between 8 p.m. and midnight.
