Over 100 DTE customers currently without power in Huron Township

Sunday’s high winds are starting to cause power outages in the township.

As of 1:30 p.m. Sunday, there are over 100 DTE customers without power in Huron, according to the DTE outage map website.

DTE outage map in Huron Township shows the current power outages. The green section represents 116 customers without power, the purple section is under 10 customers without power.

There is a wind advisory through 8 p.m. this evening.

Southwest sustained winds of 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
