Come support the American Legion Auxiliary 1st annual soup/chili benefit and Mi Cookie Project.

Two amazing organizations doing great things together!

The public is invited to the event. Please make your favorite soup or chili, bring your
creation, in a crockpot, to the American Legion Post 231, 37060 Huron River Drive, New
Boston, MI 48164, no later than 10 a.m. on March 15, 2020.

There is a $5 donation to enter your soup/chili, anyone can enter, invite your
friends! There will be an additional $5 donation to sample and vote for your
favorites. There will be a prize for 1st and 2nd place winners.

Sampling begins at 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and is open to the public.

You may sample any/all the favorite recipes of others and nominate the
best.

There will be non-alcohol drinks available to purchase and we plan to have a special guest — Mi Cookie Project — to sell their favorite cookies. You must try these cookies, they are the best!

The American Legion Auxiliary supports organizations in the community throughout the year,
our veterans, American Legion, Goodfellows, Rotary and Downriver For Veterans, just to name
a few.

Without the support of the public and our community, the funds are not available to help our
veterans and related organizations in need.

Please let me know — 734-308-5154 — if you will be making your favorite soup/chili for our fundraiser or if you have any questions regarding this event. It takes a village and we need all your support.
