The fifth annual Swift Christmas dinner for veterans is set for Dec. 15.

The event is sponsored by Swift Charities and Swift Transportation in New Boston.

All proceeds from the dinner will benefit Downriver For Veterans’ Tiny Homes for Veterans Project.

The event will be held at UAW Local 387, 24250 Telegraph Road in Flat Rock.

Veterans with proper ID can eat for free.
