Mother Nature sure is acting scary this Halloween.

Besides a day and afternoon that will be filled with rain–and in some areas, a few snowflakes–a wind advisory has been issued for southeast Michigan.

The advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. this evening to 4 a.m. Friday.

Northwest winds of 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected. Peak winds are expected around midnight.

Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may occur.

Temperatures will fall into the lower 30s late this evening leading to wind chills down in the lower 20s.
