The Huron Township Police Department is holding a vehicle auction at the police department located at 36500 S. Huron Road, New Boston.
The auction will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019 at 10 a.m.
Huron Township reserves the right to refuse any bid.
Successful bidder must have a valid driver’s license.
The name of the purchaser will be the name listed on the vehicle’s title.
CASH ONLY, all vehicles must be paid for at time of auction.
Starting bid of each vehicle is based on the towing charges due and vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder.
Viewing will take place one hour prior to the start of the auction.
All vehicles are sold “as is” and “all sales are final” with no guarantees or representations as to the condition, model year or mileage. No refunds will be made.
Huron Township does not provide loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing and hauling, as well as removal are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No repair work will be allowed on the lot other than that necessary to prepare the vehicle for towing. The Township assumes no responsibility for injury or damage involved in the acts of the purchaser or their agents.
All vehicles must be removed by 5:00 pm the day of the sale.
Law enforcement personnel are not permitted to bid on any vehicle they themselves have seized, their command has seized, or that they have had any involvement in, connection with or foreknowledge of.
