The 365 Health Care Group has purchased the medical practice of Dr. Toms Mathew located at 19270 Hannan Road New Boston as of Aug. 1, 2019.

We provide value based primary health care and full service laboratory diagnostic services.

We have four board certified providers and serve four locations in Wayne County.

• Wayne
• Wyandotte
• New Boston

Appointments in New Boston are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We plan to extend services in the future to afterhours Urgent Care as well as additional business hours on Tuesday & Thursday.
