Great Lakes Water Authority hosting public meeting on water and sewer charges on Feb. 27

The Great Lakes Water Authority board of directors is hosting a public meeting regarding 2020 water and sewer charges on Feb. 27.

The meeting will start at 2 p.m. inside the Water Board Building, 5th floor, 735 Randolph in Detroit.

The proposed service charges are scheduled to take effect July 1, 2019.

Those wishing to make public statements, or submit in writing, their thoughts on the proposed charges will have the opportunity during the meeting.

The proposed charges are available to the public at glwater.org/financials, or by visiting the Water Authority’s office in Detroit.
