Everette Robbins, Huron Township director of public safety, will be hosting a series of town hall meetings throughout the month of July.
The meetings will be informational sessions that are intended to educate the community on the current state of the Public Safety Department, as well as to provide information on the upcoming millage renewal that is on the August 7 ballot.
The meetings will conclude with a question and answer session that is intended to be an open and honest conversation, according to Robbins.
Following each meeting, those in attendance will be invited to observe a demonstration featuring the Huron Township K9 Unit. This demonstration will be conducted at the meeting site following the meeting.
