Residents in Huron Township can now pay their water bill online.

The newly added service was announced by Treasurer Colleen Lazere at the March 8 board meeting.

Residents can also pay their tax bill on the same website.

To use the service, visit www.accessmygov.com/?uid=622 and look for the menu links under the “online payments” section.

You can also access the bill paying service from www.hurontownship-mi.gov. Look for a link that says “click here for utility billing information.”

There is a convenience fee to make a utility bill payment online, which is standard among most cities and townships that offer similar services.
