Two local siblings, both of whom graduated from Huron High School, were recently named to the dean’s list at the universities they attend.
Chelsey Lilly, a 2009 graduate of Huron High, was named to the 2016 fall dean’s list at Wayne State University, where she studies accounting and business management.
The dean’s list at Wayne State honors undergraduate students for academic excellence.
To be named to it, students taking six to 11 credit hours must achieve a 4.00 grade point average for the term. Students taking 12 or more credits must earn a GPA of 3.75 or higher.
Zachery Lilly, a 2011 graduate of Huron High, was named to the dean’s honor roll for Fall 2016 at Lawrence Technological University, where he is majoring in civil engineering.
To be named to the dean’s honor roll at Lawrence Tech, a student must maintain at least a 3.5 grade point average for the term.
Congratulations to both students!
