A 20-year-old man who was caught on surveillance footage while he urinated on a home in New Boston turned himself in Sunday, according to police.
Police Chief Everette Robbins said that he personally knew the man from the community, who was featured in a news report on Local-4 WDIV Saturday evening.
Robbins said that after he made contact with him by phone, he was arrested for disorderly conduct after he turned himself in.
“The man admitted his involvement and stated that he got drunk and was responding to a dare from friends to urinate on the porch,” Robbins said.
“He apologized for his actions.”
