A family owned and operated business, Maniaci’s is located at the corner of 21001 Middle Belt Road, and they specialize in carry home meals that come in family sizes — which can feed up to a group of four — or single serve portions for individuals.

“Our goal at Maniaci’s is to provide folks a new alternative to fast food or going out to eat,” said Kevin Maniaci, owner.

In addition, they also serve-up several different kinds of subs, sandwiches, burgers, and salads.

“We are always updating our menu with specials in the form of a new sandwich, sub, or meals.”

Maniaci, who has over 15 years sales and marketing experience, lives in New Boston with his wife and son, and hopes that one day he can expand into a larger sit down restaurant.

“We are a local business trying to put roots in the city and maybe one day grow into a sit down place,” he said. “I’m blending my old profession in sales/marketing with my passion for food, cooking, thinking outside the box and people.”

Maniaci’s regularly posts daily specials on their Facebook page, and they also offer catering.

Customers can call ahead to order food or wait in the lobby until it’s ready. Their hours are 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. They are closed Sunday and Monday.

Contact Maniaci’s at 734-348-7572. To view their menu and for other information, visit maniacis.com.

“We strive to be something that Huron Township can be proud of,” Maniaci said.
