Southeast Michigan under winter weather advisory until early Saturday

Screen Shot 2016-04-02 at 3.51.32 PMSoutheast Michigan is under a winter weather advisory until 4 a.m. Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasts call for two to five inches of snow, which will start as rain this evening and transfer to snow after sunset.

Snow totals will be larger closer to the Ohio border, according to the weather service.

Roadways will become slick this evening and snow will be wet and heavy, so take it slow on the roads.
