The calendar says spring, but Old Man Winter isn’t done with us yet.

A winter weather and wind advisory has been issued for southeast Michigan until 11 p.m. this evening.

According to the National Weather Service, one to three inches of snowfall is possible into the evening hours, with some bursts of snowfall being heavy at times.

Sustained winds of 30 mph with gusts of up to 50 mph will continue throughout the night.

The strongest winds may accompany a line of snow showers, the weather service says.

Tree damage and power outages could be possible.
