It’s a spring tradition in Huron Township.
This year, the St. Stephen Polish Festival will be celebrating its 68th year of offering local family entertainment in New Boston on May 20-22.
The festival, which is held at the St. Stephen Catholic Church, 18858 Huron River Drive, features plenty of polish food, dancing, carnival rides, kids games and more.
Bands will be playing at the festival all weekend long, including the popular local band The Phoenix Theory — who plays a variety of hit songs from the 70s through today.
A $7,000 raffle will also be drawn on the last day of the festival.
Festival hours are Friday from 4 p.m. to midnight, Saturday from noon to midnight and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m.
Handicap parking will be available on site with additional parking for festival-goers offered at nearby Miller Elementary School, 18955 Hannan Road.
For more information and for a full lineup of the bands playing, visit www.ststephenfestival.com or call the parish office at 734-753-5268.
