A 17-year-old Huron Township resident is being charged as an adult after he and two other 16-year-olds broke into a home last week in the 22000 block of Merriman Road.

Conrad Allen Kittle is facing a felony breaking and entering charge, a felony home invasion charge and a felony receiving and concealing stolen property charge, adding up to a possible 30 year prison sentence.

Kittle was arraigned Monday by the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney and is being held in the Wayne County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

Kittle, along with two unidentified 16-year-old juveniles, broke into the home on Feb. 2 and stole multiple electronic items, including a laptop and iPads.

The three were arrested Feb. 4 following a police investigation that resulted in a traffic stop and their subsequent arrests.
