As a former Huron Township resident, I too, thank the Huron Sportmens Association and the Huron Township Board for this very special honor for the dear brother of our daughter-in-law, Pamela Lowe Krzyske. Though so many years have gone by, since the event that cost Richard Kent Lowe his life, I think it’s especially significant that this has been remembered and honored. God bless all who were involved in carrying this to completion.
