Wayne County Executive Warren Evans, who was elected to the position after last November’s election, will be hosting a series of four community updates through the end of April. Each update will be hosted by a Wayne County Community College District location.
Evans will highlight the fiscal challenges faced by the County and provide an update on solutions to move the County Forward.
Department Directors will also be present to answer questions and provide resources.
The community-oriented meetings will provide a platform for Evans to directly engage with residents by allowing a question and answer period.
Meetings will be held throughout the Metro-Detroit region allowing convenient access for residents to attend.
Constituants from Huron Township are invited to attend the community update that will be held on Thursday, April 23 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Western Campus of the Wayne County Community College District. The address for the venue is 9555 Haggerty Road, Belleville, Michigan.
The meeting will take place in the Ted C. Scott Multi-Purpose Room.
Residents can attend any community update, regardless of the district that they reside in.
